umm, i think it means. (wait. nvm) that the guy, is someone who sees himself as a horrible person, and every time he looks in the mirror, that's who he sees. And he's starting to get fed up with it...

i think it means that the guy thinks of himself the way he sees himself in the reflection. he believes that he is a terrible person. he doesnt want to live that life anymore.
